West Monroe is hiring a Manager to lead moderate-to-high complexity CFO Advisory engagements focused on modernizing finance organizations, ERP application strategy, implementation projects, change management, vendor management, and digital finance transformation. The role also includes business development, mentoring consultants, recruiting, and managing client relationships. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive ERP advisory experience, extensive ERP strategy and project management experience, people-management experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and the ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. The role is based in Seattle, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, or Chicago, with listed annual salary ranges.
