The role leads moderate-to-high complexity finance and ERP transformation engagements, including application strategy, implementation projects, change management, vendor management, budgeting, profitability, and team development. It also involves business development, mentoring consultants, recruiting, and client relationship management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive ERP advisory experience, extensive ERP strategy and project management experience, people-management experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and the ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. The role is based in Seattle, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, or another location, with salaries ranging from $147,000 to $198,800 USD depending on location.
