The successful candidate will lead engagements, build client relationships, and contribute to strengthening financial operations for nonprofits. This role involves reviewing financial reports, analyzing data, presenting findings, assisting with budget preparation, and providing technical accounting support. The manager will also lead and coach staff.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA)
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence others, promote constructive change, and develop team members.
