Description
The employer is hiring a full-time store manager for a supermarket on Schiermonnikoog. The role manages and inspires a team of more than thirty employees, arranges shelf plans and manual orders, coordinates break schedules, supports financial and commercial results, and independently opens and closes the store. The position requires at least an MBO diploma, two years of supermarket floor-manager experience, full-time availability including weekends and holidays, residence or willingness to move to Schiermonnikoog, and excellent Dutch with functional English. The contract is for 36–40 hours per week, with accommodation provided and a gross hourly wage of €16.23.
