Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Manager, ATE Test Engineering to lead its Test Engineering organization in San Jose, California. The role owns ATE test strategy and execution for high-speed, mixed-signal connectivity products, from silicon bring-up through wafer sort, final test, production release, and high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include building and mentoring engineers, developing tester platforms and test solutions, optimizing coverage, yield, test time, and cost, and partnering with design, DFT, product engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of ATE experience for complex high-speed or SoC products, and at least 3 years of managerial experience. The salary range is $195,000 to $250,000, with possible discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
