Baker Tilly is hiring a Manager Audit & Advisory - Financial Services to lead complex audit and advisory engagements for banks, insurance companies, FinTechs, and other financial market participants. The role covers statutory and regulatory audits, audit readiness, risk management, compliance, financial due diligence, process and systems optimization, team development, and client and market development. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of financial statement audit and advisory experience in financial services, Certified Public Auditor status or a clear path to it, leadership experience, and fluent German and English skills.
