The Audit Flex Team Manager supports aaff’s audit teams when engagements become complex, capacity is limited, or special circumstances arise. The role contributes technical audit expertise, helps resolve bottlenecks, advises on audit approaches and financial strategies, discusses progress with clients, and coaches junior colleagues. It is based in Nijmegen and offers a gross monthly salary of €4,904 to €8,174, along with leave, training, travel, home-office, wellbeing, and other benefits.
