Candidates need 5–7 years of auto vendor management and people-management experience, strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, advanced Microsoft Office and Excel/Tableau knowledge, familiarity with auto estimating software such as Mitchell, and knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements. The expected annual compensation is $77,200 to $124,075.
