Vantage is hiring a remote Manager of Operational Technology in the United States to oversee the implementation, coordination, and ongoing support of OT systems across its data center portfolio. The role manages BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLC-based controls, industrial networks, cybersecurity, change control, vendor relationships, commissioning, incident response, and OT team performance, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and contractors. The position requires 3–5 years of OT/ICS, automation, or controls experience, with 5–7 years preferred, and expects approximately 25% travel.
