Shield AI is hiring a Manager, Autonomy Software Integration & Test to lead and develop a team supporting the development, integration, testing, and deployment of autonomous systems in Ukraine. The role combines people management with hands-on technical work across software, hardware, aircraft systems, and flight operations, including software bring-up, simulation, SIL/HIL/VIL, ground and live flight testing, troubleshooting, and operational test coordination. The position is primarily based in the Kyiv region with occasional travel within Ukraine and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of relevant software integration or testing experience, prior engineering-team leadership, and strong C++ and Python skills.
