Description
The Spa Manager oversees the overall operation of Bastien’s Studio, including treatments, facilities, team performance, budgets, financial reporting, guest service, marketing, product development, and the partnership with Bastien Gonzalez & Associates. The role leads recruitment, training, coaching, and retention of Ladies and Gentlemen, defines staffing and service offerings, and ensures consistent delivery of luxury wellness standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality experience, at least 1–2 years in a leadership role, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
