BCG is hiring a Manager – BCG Vantage on its Topic Activation path within the Principal Investors and Private Equity practice area. The role provides industry and functional expertise, analysis, and advisory support to case and proposal teams; contributes to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials; develops and deploys AI-enabled products and knowledge assets; and trains junior colleagues. Candidates need at least three years of consulting experience in PIPE or four years of industry experience, a bachelor's degree, English fluency, and experience with product roadmaps, agile delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
