BCG is hiring a Manager - BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to serve as a senior content expert in AI-enabled Consumer Products Operations. The role combines deep end-to-end supply chain expertise with practical AI transformation experience to help BCG teams and clients identify, design, implement, and scale AI-enabled solutions across the CPG value chain. Responsibilities include partnering with case and proposal teams, developing AI intellectual property and knowledge assets, supporting proposals and client workshops, and coaching junior colleagues. The position is available in Chicago, Boston, and Washington and offers a base salary of $126,400 to $132,000 plus bonus, retirement, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
