BCG is hiring a Manager – BCG Vantage to support complex workforce and organizational challenges in the Consumer and People & Organization practice areas. The role partners with case and proposal teams on organization design, operating model transformation, workforce strategy, change management, cost transformation, and AI-enabled business transformation; develops intellectual property and knowledge assets; supports commercialization and go-to-market efforts; and mentors junior colleagues. Candidates need 3+ years of relevant consulting experience or 4+ years of CPG or Retail industry experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and expertise in organization design and operating models. The role is available in Chicago, Boston, Washington, and New York, with a Chicago base salary of $126,400–$132,000 and additional bonus, retirement, health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
