BCG is hiring a Manager - BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to lead AI-enabled transformation across consumer products operations. The role combines deep end-to-end supply chain expertise with practical AI, advanced analytics, GenAI, and agentic workflow experience to help clients identify value pools, design solutions, implement roadmaps, redesign processes, and scale operational improvements. The manager will also develop CPG Ops AI intellectual property, support proposals and client workshops, and coach junior colleagues. The position is available in Chicago, Boston, and Washington, with a base salary of $126,400 to $132,000 and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other family benefits.
