BCG is hiring a Manager in BCG Vantage to support digital, data, technology, and AI enterprise-wide transformations for clients. The role combines client-facing advisory work on data and digital platform strategy, architecture, enterprise AI, cloud modernization, and vendor sourcing with product management for AI-enabled digital assets and tools. The manager will also contribute to commercialization, roadmap ownership, and may line manage junior colleagues. The position is available in Madrid and Düsseldorf and requires at least three years of consulting experience in relevant topics or four years of industry experience, a bachelor's degree, and expertise in data, AI, technology architecture, and agile product development.
