BCG is hiring a Manager – BCG Vantage on its Topic Activation path within the Insurance Practice Area. The role leads problem definition, complex analyses, and client-ready recommendations across property and casualty, commercial insurance, and reinsurance; engages with clients and case teams; develops practice assets; contributes to proposals and business-building initiatives; and mentors junior Vantage and case-team colleagues. The position requires at least three years of consulting experience in the relevant insurance sectors or 3–6+ years of relevant industry experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with generative AI technologies. The role is available in Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and New York, with a base salary of $126,400 to $132,000 and additional bonus, retirement, and benefits.
