Description
The Manager, BD Excellence Capability Programs will administer and govern a portfolio of enterprise capability-building, onboarding, leadership, and engagement programs. The role coordinates cohorts, logistics, facilitators, communications, reporting, stakeholder engagement, program assets, and continuous improvement; provides onsite program support; and partners with BD Excellence leaders, HR, facilitators, and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, typically 5–8 years of relevant experience, and offers approximately 10–20% domestic and international travel with a minimum of four days per week in the office in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
