Description
The Manager – Branch Operations role oversees the daily operations, planning, compliance, customer escalations, vendor relationships, geographic expansion, and team development of a branch. Responsibilities include developing annual, quarterly, and monthly operations plans; delivering revenue and EBDITA targets; managing peak-season capacity; monitoring MIS and KPIs; maintaining facilities and regulatory compliance; and recruiting, training, and retaining branch teams. The role requires a graduate or postgraduate qualification and at least 2–3 years of branch-management experience, along with supervision, budgeting, safety, process, surveillance, inventory, reporting, analytical, equipment-maintenance, and judgment skills.
