Description
The Manager leads more than 25 employees across the Structural Mechanic, Carpentry, Locksmith, and Decorating Shops and oversees small- and large-scale building-envelope, sheet-metal, and masonry projects. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, performance management, safety planning, budget and cost analysis, project scheduling and closeout, regulatory compliance, inspections, client communication, and technical guidance. The role requires a related college or university degree, at least seven years of related work experience, and extensive knowledge of building systems, roofing, masonry, façade, and construction codes. It is a 40-hour weekly salary position with a pay range of $94,248.61 to $110,880.72 and benefits eligibility.
