Outpost is hiring a Manager, Business Analyst to drive data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic decision-making across multiple business functions. The hybrid role is based in the Goregaon, Mumbai office and requires 5+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include show-level performance reporting, rate-card and EBITDA modelling, payroll and labour-cost analysis, data extraction and integration, Power BI reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, and cross-functional collaboration with producers, operations, HR, payroll, and finance teams.
