Alkermes is hiring a Manager for its Business Development team to support strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product and company screening, development, licensing, and M&A activities. The role includes due diligence, financial modeling, market research, in-and out-licensing packages, negotiation support, contract review, and cross-functional communication. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech business development, licensing, strategic analysis, consulting, or investment-banking experience, along with strong analytical, communication, project-management, and financial-evaluation skills. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with 60% office time and 40% remote work, requires onsite work at least three days per week at the Waltham, Massachusetts office, and pays an annual base salary of $125,000 to $149,000 plus performance bonus eligibility.
