OCI Energy is hiring a Manager, Business Development in San Antonio to support the Director, Business Development with divestitures of battery energy storage and solar PV assets and the origination and execution of offtake and other commercial agreements. The role manages transaction workplans, buyer outreach, diligence, negotiations, proposals, and closing activities, and may also support project financing, bank debt, and project bonds. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; some travel is required.
