AbbVie is hiring a Manager, Site Business Enablement to support cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement. The role partners with site and functional stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for P&L impact, cost avoidance, productivity improvements, tail-spend optimization, catalog strategy expansion, process standardization, and change management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple sites.
