One Legal is hiring a fully remote Manager, Business Intelligence & Revenue Analytics to lead the BI and analytics function, develop an analytics roadmap, and translate data into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership. The role combines hands-on SQL and reporting work with people leadership, including coaching and developing a small team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of relevant experience, and at least three years managing BI, analytics, or data professionals. The position offers an annual base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 plus a performance-based bonus, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
