Description
The Manager, Business Intelligence & Systems Operations leads a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Systems Administrators, providing strategic direction for reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and business systems. The role oversees system administration and optimization, drives automation and process improvement, partners with senior leaders on performance and planning, leads executive reviews and presentations, and serves as the escalation point for complex analytical and systems challenges. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years of people management experience, advanced Excel expertise, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. The position is hybrid, with onsite work of at least three days per week in specified locations.
