Superloop is hiring a Business Intelligence Manager to lead its Contact Centre MIS Analytics team. The role will develop databases and dashboards, analyse contact centre data, evaluate automation, forecast call volumes and staffing needs, and prepare management presentations. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, SQL or Python experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and 7–10 years of relevant experience. The position is on a one-year fixed-term contract with a hybrid arrangement of three office days and two home days.
