AAR is hiring a Manager, Business Process Improvement to develop and maintain process control systems, lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitor and report KPIs, train employees in process methodology and Six Sigma tools, and implement improvements that enhance product quality and reduce defects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, quality improvement experience, and five years of process improvement experience; Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $99,000 annually and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
