Description
The Manager - Business Support - Data Analytics will analyze HR and business data across certified programs, talent management, talent acquisition, employee feedback, and performance; develop insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations; measure the impact of learning and talent initiatives; manage analytics projects; and present findings to senior HR and business leaders. The role requires several years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, HR, or people analytics, along with advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python skills and strong project management and stakeholder-management abilities.
