Description
DC Water is hiring a Manager, CIP Project Controls to lead the planning, coordination, forecasting, reporting, scheduling, and administration of its Capital Improvement Program. The role manages funding availability, capital project budgets and disbursements, 10-year CIP forecasts, cost-loaded CPM schedules, change management support, standard operating procedures, stakeholder reports, and Oracle Primavera P6 administration, while supervising staff and collaborating with Engineering, Operations, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, the Board of Directors, and external organizations. The position is hybrid and requires substantial experience managing large infrastructure capital programs and supervisory experience.
