Description
The Capital Planning Program Manager manages client asset assessment programs and capital project planning, providing technical direction, oversight, training, reporting, and quality assurance for building condition assessments. The role also supports bid development, capital plan and budget development, implementation planning, database integrity, and commercial asset management processes. It requires a relevant university degree, 5 to 10 years of capital planning experience, building science and asset assessment expertise, professional engineering designation, and experience with commercial asset management software. This is a regular full-time hybrid position with a salary range of $93,972 to $117,466 per year.
