Description
The Manager, Capital Planning leads capital planning execution, reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and capital accounting coordination for a regional finance function. The role manages projects such as PUDs, remodels, and loan draws; develops performance metrics and reporting standards; supports investment decisions; escalates complex accounting issues; and leads a team through hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least six years of capital accounting, FP&A, or asset-focused finance experience, leadership experience, advanced Excel and reporting skills, and strong financial and analytical capabilities.
