The role serves as a liaison among patients, families, physicians, healthcare teams, community agencies, managed care representatives, and skilled nursing facilities, while establishing and monitoring clinical standards and organizational financial integrity. The position is based at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, requires a master's degree in social work and a Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, and offers a base salary of USD 113,000 to 178,630 with full benefits and relocation assistance.
