Description
Vynca is hiring a remote ECM Clinical Manager to supervise 10–15 direct reports and provide clinical oversight, care-plan review, client advocacy, care-team collaboration, crisis guidance, and performance coaching for enhanced care management staff. The role requires an active, unrestricted California LCSW or LMFT license, 2 years of people-management experience, 2–3 years of care-management experience, and 1–2 years of post-acute experience. It is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with potential evenings and weekends, and requires up to 25% travel. The salary range is $90,000–$115,000 annually, with a California range of $100,000–$125,000, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
