Description
The Manager - Case Management RN will oversee daily operations and staff in the Case Management Department, manage care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, social work services, and pre-admission case management, and serve as a liaison among patients, families, healthcare providers, community agencies, and managed care representatives. The role requires a relevant master’s degree, a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire, six years of case management experience, two years of supervisory or management experience, complex client-care nursing experience, and experience with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adult education. Preferred qualifications include CCM or ACM certification and acute-care case management experience.
