The role requires an active, unrestricted RN license with California licensure obtainable within six months, 2–3 years of care management experience, 1–2 years of post-acute experience, and 2 years of people management experience. It is based in specified states, requires Monday–Friday availability with potential evenings and weekends, allows up to 25% travel, and pays $90,000–$115,000 annually, with a higher California range of $100,000–$125,000.
