Molex is hiring a Manager, Machinery category in Zhuhai, Guangdong to lead the evolution of procurement into a strategic business partner while managing the machinery category. The role develops global sourcing strategies, RFIs and RFPs, supplier selection and performance programs, cost and quality improvement initiatives, risk mitigation plans, and supplier management metrics. It also leads a cross-functional team and collaborates with engineering, quality, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, at least five years of procurement experience in the high-tech component industry, and three or more years of progressive leadership experience.
