Description
The Manager, CSS is responsible for hiring, onboarding, mentoring, developing, and managing a team of Study Delivery Associates and Senior Associates. The role oversees resource allocation and program engagement, team capacity and skill gaps, training, performance issues, quality and compliance, audit readiness, and stakeholder collaboration. It requires a doctorate or a master’s degree with substantial clinical execution experience, and prefers life sciences and clinical trial management experience.
