Api Restauration is hiring a full-time Catering Manager for a school restaurant in Ribérac, France. The role provides breakfast for approximately 15 children, prepares homemade dishes, handles setup and cooking, and coordinates with the kitchen brigade to ensure service quality, efficiency, and team well-being. The position offers autonomy, a gross annual salary of €27,950 to €28,600, a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and benefits including a 13th-month salary, profit-sharing, training, health insurance, and meal benefits.
