STLCC is hiring a Manager, Child Development Laboratory Center, for its Forest Park location. The role oversees daily center operations, supervises and coaches professional staff, supports licensing and accreditation compliance, manages staffing and budgets, coordinates with families and college programs, and handles safety, onboarding, and performance-related duties. The position is typically office-based but may work in a CDLC classroom, and requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood or a related field, five years of full-time licensed childcare experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience.
