NVIDIA is hiring a Chip Software Project Manager to lead software planning and execution across the silicon life cycle for SOC chips used in automotive, data center, embedded, and mobile products. The role coordinates pre-silicon development, validation, bring-up, productization, partner engagement, simulation and emulation planning, safety compliance, status communication, and software bring-up with platform teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 10 years of related experience including 4 years of management, and expertise in embedded systems, software development life cycles, and matrix-project management. The base salary range is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 2 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 3, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until August 14, 2026.
