Popli Design Group is hiring a Group Manager to lead its Buffalo Civil/Site group, overseeing staff mentoring, quality assurance, schedules, backlogs, timesheets, staffing, business development, and financial performance. The role also serves as a senior technical resource for civil and site engineering projects, signs and seals documents, supports BDS standards and QA/QC processes, and coordinates with clients, municipalities, agencies, and utility providers. The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering, New York State Professional Engineer licensure, at least 10 years of relevant civil or site design experience, and a valid driver's license; it is based in Buffalo with travel to the Rochester office at least once or twice weekly.
