Manager, Claims Reporting at Amida Care

Amida Care is hiring a Manager, Claims Reporting to oversee the end-to-end encounter management process between its health plan and vendors. The role manages inbound and outbound encounter submissions, performs root-cause analysis and data reconciliation, audits claims and payments, develops analytics, dashboards, regulatory reports, and business requirements, and supports implementation and process improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of Medicaid regulatory reporting or claims/encounters experience, and at least five years of health-plan experience.
