Description
CSBio is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Implementation Leader to plan, build, license, certify, validate, and launch a new clinical laboratory supporting its oncology and microbiology strategy. The role leads laboratory design, CLIA and California licensing, quality systems, assay validation, LIS/LIMS implementation, equipment qualification, inspections, and corrective actions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of clinical laboratory operations, quality, regulatory, implementation, or leadership experience.
