Description
The Sr. Manager, Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption leads clinical informatics education and adoption for EHR and other healthcare information systems. The role supports deployment, sustainment, adoption, and optimization activities; directs and coaches teams on change communication, learning deliverables, training environments, project resourcing, credential trainer programs, publication platforms, and education evaluation; and partners with co-managers on cross-team work. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, six years of education experience in an information services or training setting, three or more years of management experience, and four years of leadership experience. The position is remote and offers location-based hourly salary ranges.
