Natera is hiring a Manager, Clinical Lab to lead laboratory operations for assigned products and technologies. The role oversees manufacturing methods, processes, staffing, budgets, quality control, regulatory compliance, automation transitions, error troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and performance management. It requires a BS/BA in Biological Sciences or a related field, current ASCP board certification in Medical Technology or a California CLS/CGMBS license, and preferred experience in laboratory operations, Lean Six Sigma, and manufacturing or engineering.
