The Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Pharmacy program, supporting the Vice President, Pharmacy Services. The role manages pharmacists, nurses, and support staff; develops pharmacy leads; oversees workforce planning, performance, client relationships, specialty pharmacy, utilization management, PBM operations, clinical audits, and continuous improvement. It requires a PharmD, an active unrestricted professional license, at least five years of pharmacy experience, and at least three years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
