Description
Stax Colombo is hiring a Manager to lead a team of approximately 15 analysts and manage the delivery of research products to offshore consulting teams. The role also develops the regional consulting practice in Sri Lanka, cultivates local clients, responds to RFPs, scopes and prices projects, and delivers strategy projects across research, data analytics, and consumer insights. The Manager will coordinate with U.S.-based project teams, participate in analyses and quality checks, and support recruiting and training through Stax’s two-year analyst program. The position requires an MBA or equivalent, at least five years of relevant experience, including at least three years in program or project management, and experience managing and developing team members.
