Description
Intellia is hiring a Manager, CMC Program Operations to serve as the operations and digital enablement lead for commercial CMC teams. The role owns the master CMC project plan, critical-path and schedule-risk monitoring, recurring dashboards, executive reporting, risk registers, regulatory commitment tracking, and cross-functional coordination. It also focuses on designing and deploying AI-assisted or automated tools to improve visibility, reduce manual reporting, and accelerate decision-making, while establishing scalable CMC operations processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of biopharmaceutical or life sciences experience including CMC development, and 2+ years in dedicated CMC or operations project management; PMP certification is preferred. The base salary is $141,698–$173,186 USD per year, with a performance-based bonus, new-hire equity grant, and potential annual equity awards.
