Description
FM Industries is hiring a Machine Tool Programming Manager to directly supervise programmers and lead machine tool programming teams across its facilities. The role plans and coordinates machining processes, designs fixtures and tooling, responds to manufacturing issues, develops machining processes, and collaborates with customers, engineering, management, and operations personnel. The position requires a bachelor's or advanced engineering degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of precision manufacturing experience, strong tooling and CNC work-holding experience, and computer literacy with Microsoft Office and CAD software.
